British punk legends The Damned will celebrate their 50th anniversary with a seven-date UK tour in November and December 2026.
The ‘Final Damnation 50’ tour follows the band’s landmark anniversary concert at London’s OVO Arena Wembley in April and continues the celebrations marking five decades since their formation.
The dates begin at Brighton Dome on 25 November before visiting London, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle and Derby, with a final performance at Birmingham’s O2 Academy on 5 December.
The shows will feature Dave Vanian, Captain Sensible, Rat Scabies, Paul Gray and Monty Oxymoron, bringing together musicians responsible for some of the most significant recordings in the band’s history.
Formed in London in 1976, The Damned were at the forefront of the emerging British punk movement, releasing ‘New Rose’, widely recognised as the first single by a UK punk band, followed by their debut album ‘Damned Damned Damned’ in 1977.
Their subsequent recordings explored everything from gothic rock to psychedelia, producing enduring songs including ‘Neat Neat Neat’, ‘Love Song’, ‘Smash It Up’ and ‘Eloise’.
With a catalogue spanning five decades, the anniversary shows promise a broad selection of material from throughout their career.
The Damned will be joined by Australian punk pioneers The Saints ’73-’78 on all UK dates.
Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday 1 May 2026.
