Rammstein have postponed their European tour for a second time, now due to take place during the Summer of 2022.
Industrial metal giants Rammstein have announced that they’ve been forced to reschedule their European tour, including their two UK dates, to June 2022.
After previously rescheduling the stadium performances from 2020 to 2021 in response to the coronavirus pandemic, the band have now pushed back the shows to summer 2022 due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
Original tickets will be honoured for the corresponding new dates. Unfortunately, their Belfast gig has been cancelled, with ticket holders advised to contact their point of purchase for a refund.
A statement from Rammstein reads: “Due to the expected ongoing event-bans and restrictions related to COVID-19, Rammstein are unfortunately forced to postpone the planned European Stadium Tour again. The band and everyone involved are very disappointed about this. Given the lack of planning reliability for holding events of this size, this step is unavoidable.”
They add: “The band is using the time off to continue working on new songs. We look forward to seeing you in 2022!”
