Saxon Announce ‘Hell, Fire and Steel’ UK & Ireland Tour Dates for November 2025

British metal legends Saxon have announced a tour that will see them play their classic album ‘Wheels Of Steel’ in full, with support coming from Dirkschneider.

As with their previously announced mainland Europe shows, British metal legends Saxon, will bring their ‘Hell, Fire and Steel’ to the UK and Ireland in November 2025. The tour will see the band playing their classic 1980 album ‘Wheels of Steel’ – in full for the last time, to celebrate its 45th anniversary, as well as performing songs from their new album ‘Hell, Fire and Damnation’ and other fan favourites.

Supporting Saxon at all dates will be former Accept vocalist Udo Dirkschneider, who will perform his album ‘Balls to the Wall’ in its entirety, making for a memorable and unique night.

Saxon’s Biff Byford says, “We first toured with UDO and Accept in the U.S.A on our Crusader tour and have done lots of stuff together since, but we have never toured the UK together so this is gonna be epic. Balls to the Wall and Wheels of Steel under the same roof… it’s going to be something really special to witness. Bring it on!”

Saxon’s groundbreaking album Wheels of Steel has been heavily cited by numerous journalists as one of those classic albums that every metal fan should own. Jam-packed with seminal songs and chunky riffs from the opening high-octane belting riff of “Motorcycle Man”, the album packs a punch from start to finish. From the infectious and arguably the biggest riff of hit single “747 (Strangers in the Night)” through to the more stripped-down crunchy tour de force of title track “Wheels of Steel”. This is a one-off not-to-be-missed opportunity to see one of metal’s best albums played from start to finish in all its glory for the very last time.
