Texan rock heroes ZZ Top have announced a one-off UK concert for the Summer of 2024.
Legendary long-standing ZZ Top band members Billy Gibbons and Frank Beard, and new bassist/vocalist Elwood Francis will play London OVO Arena Wembley on Thursday 11th July 2024.
Playing 13 European dates, between two legs of their Sharp Dressed Simple Man co-headlining tour of the US with Lynyrd Skynyrd, the shows will be the band’s first on the continent since 2019, and their first on the European side of the Atlantic with new bassist Elwood Francis, who replaced the late Dusty Hill in 2021.
“It’s been a while since we’ve been able to check in with our European fans, so it goes without saying that we’re excited about coming back this summer,” said frontman Billy Gibbons in a press release. “We’re looking forward to a good time and that goes for both those in the audience and on stage.”
Tickets will go on sale on December 15 at 10 AM.
