Black Star Riders Announce October UK Tour Dates

Black Star Riders have announced UK and Ireland tour dates with Stone Broken and Wayward Sons in support of their fourth album ‘Another State Of Grace’.

Set to be released in September, Black Star Riders recorded the follow-up to 2017’s ‘Heavy Fire’ at Sphere Studios in Burbank, California in February with acclaimed producer Jay Ruston (Stone Sour, Anthrax, Uriah Heep), who was also on mixing duties.

‘Another State of Grace’ is the first Black Star Riders long-player to feature drummer Chad Szeliga, who joined the band in 2017 following the departure of Jimmy DeGrasso, and Stone Sour’s Christian Martucci on lead guitar, who replaced Damon Johnson in December.

Following the September release of ‘Another State of Grace’, Black Star Riders will embark on a sprawling UK and Ireland tour bracketing their previously announced Glasgow Braehead Arena gig with Saxon.

Special guests at all dates (except the Saxon gig in Glasgow) are Stone Broken, while Wayward Sons will open all the dates apart from Belfast and Dublin.

Singer Ricky Warwick enthuses: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be back with a brand new Black Star Riders album. In my honest opinion this is the best record the band has made! This is Christian and Chad’s first album with the band and they have brought a fantastic energy and vibe. I’m also very happy to have our friends in Stone Broken and Wayward Sons on the bill with us. A tour of epic proportions… not to be missed!”
